I need a PHP based Form or (Company Online Application) for my website that emails to a word doc file.?

    Creating Word documents isn't particularly easy. Creating RTF files is much easier. Any proficient PHP programmer should be able to do that for you. Sending information from a form to email is about an hour's work. Sending it as RTF rather than plain text is maybe 3 or 4 hours extra.
