Does anyone know how to change this website icon?

http://i39.tinypic.com/ekix7d.png You see those small icons at the top of the website? Does anyone know how to change those? Mine still has that standard wordpress.org icon, but I want my own. I never figured how to change them, I don't even really know what they're called :)

Yes sure. The small icon is called favicon. I am not allowed to give you the link here because Yahoo has banned me before but I suggest search for favicon on google or yahoo or bing and you will get generators and how to upload the small icon to your website.
