How do I used Outlook Express?

I am using a used computer and would like to delete the former users name from outlook express. How do I do it

    Open 'Outlook express' (up top) click on Tools ,,, go down to Options ,,, go over to Signatures,,, at about the middle is an area you can type the your signature ,,,,or ,,,,,, Open 'Outlook express' (up top) click on file ,,, goto identites click on Manage identities Miight be able make changes here
