Hey there! To monetize a blog, most people host ads on it. As far as paid surveys, you always have to put in your info at least once so the site knows you really exist and aren't a spam bot. And they need to know who to pay. If you're doing opinion surveys, that should be all they ask for. A lot of times, GPT is advertised as opinion surveys. Those sites will ask you to enter your info multiple times because they make money by letting companies advertise to you - thats how you're making money on those sites too.
