How to create pdf files?

• I am an application developer, I want to have solution to be integrated into my asp.net web-based application that generates well formatted printouts, i.e (forms that can be printed on paper with correct layouts) I have made a deep search on this topic and I think that the best solution is to create pdf files on fly so I tried to evaluate commercial pdf libraries or a pdf components such that I deal with this library or component by coding to create my pdf files on fly. I have contacted: 1 - Adobe Acrobat 2 - SDKJaws-pdf library com edition 3 - DataLogics pdf but all of them have not answered me. I do not know what to do and I am stucked with this. Please advice: 1 - if there is any other soultion rather than pdf to generate well formatted printouts from an asp.net application 2 - If pdf is the only solution avaialbale for me, please suggest partners or pdf resellers whom I can contact and who are willing to reply.
