How do you change the name of a link? If you dont understand please look inside?

I wanna know how to change a link, let's say..."www.Yahooanswers.com" and change its name to "yahoo" so when a person sees it it says "yahoo" and when they click it it goes to "yahooanswers.com". If u dont understand it please IM me I really need the answer to this question. thanks!
