How can I block a specific web page?

How can i record the ip from visitors how come my web page, and block the same people who take my pictures?

I would suggest you use small pics so even if they take your pics it's not good quality. Cuz when you put pics online the browser just downloads. Or you can use macromedia flash based site so they can't download the pics. Cuz ip blocking is uneffective since they can just use another computer if they really wanted it.
