Answer:
I recommend one of these: http://www.webhostinglist.org iPage is currently on sale for just $3.50/month! The full price for one year of hosting is $42/year. Their hosting plan includes: - Free domain name (.com, .net, .org) - Unlimited storage and bandwidth - Unlimited email addresses per domain name - One Click installs of Wordpress, Forums, Galleries, Shopping carts - Free ad credits for Google, Yahoo! and Facebook

Hello Vipin, I will suggest you to use the wordPress.org for building your website. WordPress is a very secure website for Personal Use. I know it from my friends that WordPress.org takes care of its user’s identity very confidential. So why not try it for our benefit and secure. You will find the WordPress from the following link-http://starta-website.com

There are many web hosting companies but you should look for those one which meets your all requirement under affordable budget. Before selecting any one of them, make sure to check their support. If they provide appropriate technical support, then only select them.

Not many of these answers have addressed your central concern which is security. I would agree that GoDaddy would be a good choice or maybe 1and1, ie one of the bigger names, but if security is your main concern, I would check out which hosting service offers the best support - ie. one that is maybe more expensive but has easy access to support personnel if you have a problem. Security is certainly an issue especially where you have shared servers which most hosts use. I would say that if you are going to go for a shared server package, go with a big name - if you can afford to have a dedicated server (these are expensive) then that will give you added security. Also, I would consider keeping your domain registration separate so that if you get a problem, you can easily change your host server - see article below

Personally, I recommend E2 web hosting. They offer great hosting for a very affordable price. Here's a link to check them out: http://www.unlimband.com/webhost/e2.php I host most of my sites with them and I'm very satisfied with their service. Hope this helps.
