Always a difficult one, as everyone has their favourites, but at least you've obviously done some research and limited it to just 3 hosts - thankfully GoDaddy isn't in there, so you've researched well! I wouldn't recommend BlueHost because they don't have a good uptime service record, which means your site is more likely to be unavailable than it would be with say Hostgator or ipage. I've found on a few occasions that sites I've visited hosted by BlueHost have appeared to not exist, which is not good news. Having said that, I don't want to completely put them down, as all hosts will have some downtime, but if it is important to you then I'd look at the other two from that point of view. I don't have any experience of ipage, but they look worth considering. I can recommend Hostgator from personal experience, I've got all of my websites hosted with them using a Baby Plan and have nothing but praise. The 24/7 online chat support has always been excellent, I've even had them making some complex (for me) changes, rather than just telling me to do it myself, which they'd have been perfectly justified in doing.
