Write a Public Instance Method in Java?

  • write a public method getAndSetOperands() which take no arguments and returns a boolean via a dialog boxes. The mthods need to prompt the user to enter a number between o and 9 inclusive. The returned values should then be converted to 5 the method should then check that the integers are both within the range of 0 & 9 if they are within the range they should be used to set the position of the icons to the appropriate values and the method should return true. if the integers are not in the range the method should return false. How do i do this?
