Could I have MS or is it something different?

I need something better than MS Paint to do anime. Help?

I need a replacement for ms paint because I really want to do anime on my comp. and I have an apple. Please nothing I have to pay for. And please hurry!

The real question is whether you will be mainly working with Raster or Vector type graphics. .

GIMP!!! you can draw in gimp, i do it all the time, i use an Adesso Cyberpad Tablet as an input device in Gimp. Gimp is quite capable of freehand drawing. It is also fabulous at editing photos

Just adding to previous post-- Gimp is really awesome freeware and does pretty much everything photoshop does and then some. Did I mention it's free?

Well you might just want to try Jasc paint shop. Or addobe paint shop if you are a beginner. But if you want to draw you can just buy a tracing pad so that you can really sketch.

GIMP is similar to Photoshop in that it has many features and yes, you can DRAW with it (it's not one of those photo editing programs). Best of all, GIMP is absolutely FREE! :)
