How do you add a bulletin to your myspace page?

I just made my myspace page and was wondering how to add a bulletin to my page that i can pin photos and stuff on if you know what im talkin about. thanks for any help!

It wouldn't be a bulletin, you could put blogs on your page? Just make a blog and it will have the link for it on your myspace

There should be a bulletin box and there it should say post a bulletin but if you just made a myspace and have no friends who is going to read it?

A MySpace Bulletin is simply a message or announcement sent to all of your friends simultaneously. Bulletins do not appear on your actual profile page
