How do I make a banner for my website with looping images?

• I'd like to create a banner for my website to go at the top of the homepage. I want the text to stay the same, but images in the background to loop. Here is an example of what I'm going for, just with different images. http://www.lodge104.net/ notice that if you change pages, the image at the top changes, it seems random.
