Why do I download apps so slow?

Why won't my Android tablet download apps from the droid market?

I just got a new droid tablet and i was able to download apps from the app market but every time i try to download apps from the droid market it says "your item will be downloaded" and a few seconds later it says "your download was unsuccessful" Help?! Its frustrating...
Answer:

This can happen with the market. There are a few options you can try: 1) restart your device (sometimes this fixes the problem and you have probably already tried it); 2) clear market cache (or history, depends who calls it what). 3) there is a way to move market cache to the SD card, but you will need root for that. 4) if all else fails, you will have to do the factory reset. Sorry.
