Which Gps For Hiking?

Best handheld GPS for hiking or biking in the mountains?

I live in a big 'mountain' area, where people from all over like to come hike,bike,camp and just explore. We have constant call in's for rescue for people lost. That is also a reason I want a newer better GPS. I want a GPS with the following capabilities: Put in coordinates and locate the exact location needed. Touch Screen Down-loadable Maps Camera (possibly) Able to press a locate me (where it pulls up where i am and shows all the trails, and things of that nature around me) Track my trails Plug GPS into the computer and store information from the GPS to the computer or vice versa. Any suggestions on what type of GPS would work best for what i have described? Links please!
