How do I turn off the little green blinking light on my blackberry?

Green light that wont turn off on my blackberry?

So there is this green light that wont go away on my blackberry. Its not flashing or anything..it's just there.. AND i've already tried going to my screen/keyboard setting thing and turning off the LED thingy, BUT it is already off. Please help =/
Answer:

This situation has happened to me after an extensive period of charging the phone. If the green lights stays on after charging, simply turn off the phone, remove the battery, put it back in, turn the phone back on and it should solve the problem. Of course, the LED Coverage Indicator has to be set to "OFF" in the Screen/Keyboard options menu.
