What is a good qwerty keyboard phone?

What is a good touchscreen/qwerty keyboard cell phone in Canada?

I am looking for a new cell phone and stumbled upon the voyager and it opened my eyes to a new style of phone (touch+qwerty) the voyager looks good but is there a better one that is available in canada (or willl be available soon) It doesn't necsessarely have to be touch+qwerty. just a good or better qwerty qould be just as good. although i would not like just touchscreen. Some other things i want is a camera and mp3. Most of new phones and ones with a qwerty/touch already have that so its probably pretty easy to find.The main important thing is that it is available in canada. Any phones that you think are good and meet some or hopefully all of my criteria would be great.thank you
