Brother stole my PSP but denies it, what can i do?

• I have realized that my PSP 3000 could be hacked, and so like myself i was stoked on trying it out myself. Well the other day i went to find it and it appeared to be missing. I havent touched it in so long and i have a box i put it into because i dont have anywhere else to put it. Well i found evidence that he would have been clearly enough the person to steal it. He steals from the family. Well anyways, my 320 hard drive for my xbox 360 came up missing and i thought i misplaced it, well it turned out my brother had it in his room, thats one lead. Another was my Yugioh cards were found in the basement where he and his pot head friends hang out, lead number two. The three lead was that my friend found out that he had another one (wouldnt tell how he got it) after his was stolen from someone else. He denied it after i confronted him about it, i told my parents but like parents they didnt do a damn thing. He is 18 and im 22, and if i could i would beat his *** for it. So since i cant, i am going to be heading over to three gamestops and a pawn shop within my area to see if he turned it in. Along with that im going to be taking a picture with my camera to show ID of him. What was taken was PSP its charger Dissidia Final Fantasy 012 16 gig memory stick So any ideas on what i can seriously do to prevent this bastard from taking my things again. I would seriously like the help. Serious answers please.

  You are 22 years old. If your brother is stealing your things and your parents don't believe it, maybe it is time for you to move out of your parent's house and find a place of your own. That way your brother could not steal your stuff.
