Do you have to create a folder when you first install your media card on a blackberry curve?
-
I installed, and fomatted the new media card, and made sure all pics go to media card, but when i take a picture, and go to MY PICTURES, underneath it is shows a folder labeled "1", and (under that folder properties, it seems as it is the DEVICE MEMORY, and then underneath that folder is a few pics, when i right click on the pic, and under properties, it's showing it as the MEDIA CARD? So that is why Im thinking I need to create a folder and put those pics in that folder?

Answer:
This is what happened. I'm guessing you had already taken a couple of pictures before you put in an sd card. Those got saved on the device memory. The blackberry won't automatically transfer any EXISTING pictures to your card memory once inserted, but it will, since you've set it to do so, put any FUTURE pictures on the card. If you would like to have everything on the card, you'll have to transfer the EXISTING pictures there yourself, which is very easy, since it seems that you have Blackberry Desktop Manager with Media already. This should fix your issue.
