Cant download to popular android games to my galaxy?

i just got a samsung galaxy player which is a android device without any cellular capabilities. It runs android 2.3.5. For some reason I dont have gta 3 or modern combat 3 on the marketplace at all so I cant download it. But my dad which has a motorola droid 3 with 2.3 android has those two on the marketplace and can download them. So why cant i download or get these two on the marketplace

It is not supported by gta 3 debs yet. U must wait for that. For mondern combat go to gamelofts website or go to 4shared.com and type in modern combat 3.apk and then download it directly from ur player.
