My blackberry Bold just stopped working on me.?

Why have my buttons stopped working on my Blackberry?

• I've had a Blackberry 8520 for a while now and although I've had the occasional problem with it, it's been working just fine... Until now. Yesterday, the 'a' and the 'alt' key decided to stop working and I'm finding it really hard to text and other stuff now. I've tried switching it off and also removing the battery whilst the phone was on. I've also left the battery out over night, as well as my sim card. However, nothing so far has working to sort out the problem. Can anybody suggest anything I could do to get the keys working again? The other keys and the overall phone haa also been slower to respond aswell since the 2 stopped working. Please help!

  did you drop any liquid on it or use it while your hands were dirty? try taking it to a shop and ask for assistance and maybe they can fix it or if you still have your warranty you can take it there to fix hope i helped you :D
