I have just jailbroken my ipod touch, so what do I do, any suggestions on apps or sources for cydia and installer. and if you can please show me how to use cydia and installer. And provide me with sources in cydia or installer form.

just add the source "apt.pwncenter.com" then search for all resportories install that and EVERY source is automatically added.
