I used to have a nook color where I could download efree books from epubbud.com. Is there a website where I can get free ebooks for my kindle touch?

You can't use that site because it sounds like it uses ePub file format, which the Kindle doesn't support. You can download plenty of free books off of Amazon.com itself, or try Project Gutenberg. They have thousands of books in the Mobi format, which works well on Kindle.

I've got a Kobo but you can download a program called Calibre http://calibre-ebook.com/ This will let you convert epubs and other files into files you can read on your kindle.
