Blackberry Curve + get music from my computer transfered to my phone?

I have a blackberry curve and was wondering how to transfer music from my itunes to my phone?? i have my internet option blocked on my blackberry so i cant download or use phonezoo or anything. any help?

there's a cd that came with the phone. if you put it on your computer, it's how you put media on your phone (pics, vids, music).
