How can I download movies to an android tablet?

  • I just got an Android tablet that's running Anroid 3.2. It comes equipped with DRM. I'd like to bring this tablet on a plane to watch movies so I need to download them, not stream them from a site like Netflix or Amazon. How can I store a movie on my tablet to watch when there is no internet?

The obvious and legal way would be to purchase them through a movie provider, such as the Android App store. Not sure if Google is fully there yet, but other sites are probably available... though each content provider will probably make you use some form of viewer that would be DRM-compliant to their movie download.
