Can I turn off the wireless network on my blackberry 8330 and just use the integrated gps with google maps???? Just so it dosent cost me any mony and uses the gps satelites. instead of a lot of data.

The GPS radio has nothing really to do with the wireless radio. You can use the GPS radio without using data. However, Google Maps uses data AND the GPS radio. It uses data to update the map location, while it uses the GPS radio to pinpoint your location. So turning off the wireless network would render Google Maps useless.
