Am I able to use my Motorola Cliq as a webcam?

I have a new laptop that doesn't have a webcam built in, and I was wondering if there was any app on the android market that I could download so I could use my phone to make video calls on Skype? Thanks.

Answer:
You used to be able to use Fring to talk via Skype, however Skype took access away from Fring. When Skype releases their application for Android, then you should be able to do that.
