Is Palm Pre good for texting?

  • i think im going to get the Palm pre and i want to know if its hard to text on the phone... Are the keys really small ? Is it easy to text on the phone? Any reviews for the phone? thanks for your help

    The keys are fine. I'm able to type fast and accurately. Although an onscreen keyboard is available for the Palm Pre, the sliding keyboard is so much more convenient. Not only is it great for typing text messages, I'm able to type complete blogs, forum posts, documents, etc..including this response directly from the Palm Pre.

1. they are not extremely small, but smaller than usual. 2. i dont have one, but tried it at a local store. seems simple, but might once misspell a word because of the keyboard. 3. seems like a great phone imo. here is a trustworthy review http://www.engadget.com/2009/06/03/palm-pre-review/

It's a decent keyboard, but the keys are a little small and the feedback is not as good as blackberries
