Why the Windows Phone hate?

• I'm waiting for Sonic CD to come out on Windows Phone and man, it has been a long time already! I mean, come on, the iOS and Android versions already came out almost a month ago. I don't understand why this platform is always being neglected. The makers of Xbox has a phone that barely has support for gaming, very ironic considering WP has Xbox Live support. I tried emailing Sega about this 4 days ago, but I got no reply. Why do people hate this platform so much? It is one of the smoothest OS I've used on a phone. Whenever I see announcements for a game coming out on Windows Phone, I see someone say, "Windows Phone 7, really?" or "Why waist your time on windows phone [insert company here]? I would like to see some discussion from this. I want to hear some thoughts of what you people have to say about this. Surely, I'm never going to switch to Android or iOS just to get Sonic CD. My next phone is going to be the Nokia Ace 900. I will give 10 points for a well thought out answer.

  Because windows phones are the crappiest of all smart phones their ui is ugly and even iphones (ihate craple) is better then windows phones
