Problem with Aim of itouch / iphone?

K so my friend signed on to his aim account on my itouch. After he signed out, i deleted his account on my aim. But now i keep getting notifications of every im that ppl send to my friend. I tried turning off my ipod and uninstalling n then reinstalling aim, but i'm still receiving ims sent to my friend - even when i'm on my own account!
