Is the Palm Pre Plus a good phone?

The OS is decent. The app selection is poor, especially compared to other smart phones. Palm is going buns-up - they are looking for another company to buy them - That might tell you just how popular they actually are :( No guarantees what the company who buys them out will do with them. They might continue to make Pre phones, provide updates, try to grow the app store, or they might just buy them out for their patent portfolio... There is no way to tell at the moment. I would definitely NOT recommend a Palm device at this point in time. Look into any number of Android devices. If you are on Verizon, the HTC Incredible is being released on the 29th of this month, it should be an awesome phone.
