The pictures on my Blackberry Curve?

How do I get pictures off of the Blackberry Curve?

• I've looked at many articles and the problem is that the curve I used to take pictures is not a functional phone -- there is no SIM card or "media card" as it seems like a lot of the other methods use to get the pictures. How do I get the pictures off of this phone? I plugged it in with a USB cable and it said that it recognised the phone and that the device was "installed and ready to use", but when I open the disk drive in My Computer, it asks me to insert a disk. Please help me! It's really important that I get these pictures. :(

  It should work with USB if it said the device was installed and ready to use, but than again it could be your computer, Trying plugging it in another computer , with the operating system of WINDOWS XP , instead of vista., VISTA HAS A LOTTA PROBLEMS WITH DRIVERS AND SOFTWARE, .. another way is to email the photo through the blackberry web services , or to picture text them.
