You can use your PSP web browser and go to http://mob.e-messenger.net/mobile/. This is a web based version of MSN messenger and is compatible with the PSP browser. Obviously you need to make sure your PSP has a wireless network connection. This also supports AIM, Yahoo Messenger, Myspace IM and Google Messenger.
