Why won't my bluetooth work?

Why wont the Bluetooth on my GPS work?

• I have a Tom Tom One XL*S and i tried to pair my BB Torch 9800 with it and both my phone and nav say they are paried, but when i call my phone it dosent go to the GPS........but then it says that it needs to be able to work for data and i try to pair it for data but it wont pair? when it says to pic a phone from a list my phone dosent show up......but it has other BB's......what do i do? Do i have to make it work for data to get it to get a call?

  Hello, Sorry to hear about the problem. We mainly support Garmin products. It sounds like the TomTom and the BB did not sync up properly with each other. The BB needs to be in discovery mode and the TomTom's bluetooth enabled to add the phone successfully. Other than performing a reset on the TomTom and trying the pairing process again, you may want to contact TomTom Support for assistance.
