    blaack berry is great for tons of email, texts etc. and they are getting better with the music, but yes - they do break easily -- sometimes one drop and you need a new one, so make sure you get insurance on the phone if you get one. the other is good for music but not much else at all. you can get neat accessories for the blackberry to make it as good with music as well.....

This is a very wide open question. Are you debating a Pearl vs. some other Blackberry? A Blackberry vs. another phone? A Blackberry vs. another smartphone? A Blackberry vs. a PDA? A Blackberry beats other smartphones in terms of its e-mail capability, especially if your company supports the Blackberry Enterprise Server (BES). It makes a decent phone and a mediocre PDA (especially calendar). The Pearl is smaller, but has a harder-to-use keyboard than "full sized" Blackberries. Does this help? Update: Since you're comparing to a Fusic... The Blackberry is a better e-mail device (that works just fine as a phone). The Fusic is a better phone and music player. What do you want?
