Blackberry curve 8530 or the tour?

I am getting a blackberry today and idk which one i should get. I have friends with the new curve, and the tour and they both say they like theirs. Although reading reviews, people say that the track ball in the tour usually doesnt work and that there is no wifi. The curve apparently has a lot of technical problems too. Which phone do you recommend?
