How do I connect my Samsung bluetooth earset to my samsung SGH-A707?

My search for new device is not working. Both devices are charged and turned on. Please advise.

Make sure the bluetooth on your phone is turned on. Make sure the device is turned on. Go to menu>connectivity>bluetooth>my devices>search for new device. It may take a few minutes to find it. If that doesn't work try contacting the place where you got the earset and make sure it's compatible with your phone.
