How do I fix my caller ID?

I just got a new palm centro but my caller ID isnt working?

I have all of my contacts added to it, but when they call it says No Caller Id..ive called sprint tech support and they cant tell me how to fix it..and ive already tried to find it under preferences and its not there..please help!

I've got the same problem, caller ID comes up with 'unknown caller' even though they are on my contact list. Anyone know of a fix?
