Why are my playlists out of order when I sync them to my iPhone?

I have about 20 playlists on iTunes on my laptop and they are listed in alphabetical order. When I sync them to my iPhone, they'll show up all out of order on my iPhone (it's not even in a specific order, it's all randomly mixed up), even though they are still in alphabetical order on my iTunes. It's never happened before. I've had my iPhone 4 ever since it came out so nothing has changed. I haven't made any weird updates to my phone or to my iTunes. Why is it doing this?? How can I fix it so that the playlists are also in alphabetical order on my phone?
