Can I watch LocationFree TV on PSP anywhere/anytime?

I am thinking of getting a LocationFree TV base station (http://www.sonystyle.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ContentDisplayView?cmsId=content/Computers/LocationFree/index&catalogId=10551&storeId=10151&langId=-1&categoryId=8198552921644479777) mostly because I have a PSP and I wanna watch TV with my PSP. I have several questions regarding this product and I would appreciate your help: 1. can i watch TV on my PSP anywhere in the world? Do I need to have a hotspot near or can I use LocationFree AP? For ex. when I'm traveling in a car there might be no hotspots around. Will LocationFree TV work then? 2. I also know you can watch LocationFree TV on your computer (is it only laptop or can it be Desktop PC?) but does it need to be a SONY laptop/PC?

#1. yes, as long as you have an internet connection. no, if you have no connection you cannot use it. #2. it doesnt matter. a computer is a computer.
