How do you make the Palm Centro prepaid?

I want to know how to make my Palm Centro's keyboard light up.?

  • When I first bought my Palm Centro a few weeks ago my buttons were lit up, and im not sure if it is just because i pressed something to turn it off or what, but it wont stay on now, tell me what to do, please??

    DO A HARD RESET WHAT YOU DO IS TAKE THE BATTERY OFF FOR 2 MIN. THEN PUT IT BACK ON... IF THIS DON'T WORK GO TO PALM.COM AND GO CHAT WITH A PALM SPECIALIST

I have a Palm Centro too and my buttons only light up sometimes if its dark in the room...I don't know if they are light detected or something but I asked sprint and they didn't think that they have lights on them.

go to preferences and then adjust the brightness it will come on.i had the same problem, and when it is really dark they come on

Fiddle with your brightness settings (under Power, in Prefs). The keys should be as bright as your screen. Like one of the other responders said, they're really only visible in a dark room.

Try going to display settings, then backlight. If thats there I don't have the same phone.
