How can I transfer music from iTunes to my Blackberry?

• I just got a blackberry pearl and I'm trying to transfer music. I have iTunes, but its not working, it says it's transfered on the computer, but when i go to my phone it's not there. Anyone have any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong and how to fix it?

  Ah.. well is it music from iTunes that you have bought from the iTunes store or is it music you uploaded from a CD? Because music bought from iTunes is sold with DRM (Digital Rights Management) which ties up the music files to Apple products only. Like for EX ipod, iTouch, iPhone. That's why when you upload them to your Memory card and later try to play them, The BB can't read them. And are you using the Blackberry Desktop Manager to transfer music to your phone? There is a lot of benefits of using this because you need this to update your device when New handheld version comes out. You can transfer Media into it, and if you have the new version of it, it comes with the Roxio program that allows you to make your own ringtones for free.
