Blackberry Curve or Storm?

BlackBerry Curve or BlackBerry Storm?

  • Okay, So my plan ends this Friday, and I want to get either a BlackBerry Curve or BlackBerry Storm. I like the curve a lot , but I think if I buy it, that after having it a couple months i'm not going to want it anymore. So that's why, i'm also thinking about the Storm, it is newer and it seems pretty cool. I'm so undecided between the 2. Please help me out :)

    The blackberry curve is a lot faster than the blackberry storm. In terms of web browsing. If you are buying the phone for business get the curve. The storm is a lot easier to use and is more for multimedia entertainment. Plus It is better if you will be traveling out of the country. If your not buying the phone for business get the storm.

I had the same decision and I went with the Curve, the Storm would be fun for a few months but I need my handset to business and play, so I went with the more tactical qwerty. I am in love with my phone!

I got the Pearl as it had video capture which the Curve didn't at the time. I wish I had the Curve now. I think the new Curve has video recording ,however the main thing is that the Storm doesn't have wi-fi. If you have wi-fi at home then you want a wi-fi enabled Blackberry,believe me. It is also handy if you go on holiday as data roaming charges can be huge but you can just pick up emails if you go to a cafe with wi-fi. I've read a couple of bad reviews for the Storm .

I have the Curve 8900 and I simply love it. I tried the Storm and after a week I could NOT get used to the crappy screen that moves (the whole screen). I used touch screens before but the Storms' screen SUCKS for me. Much better the iPhone's screen. Anyway, you need to play with both those phones at a store and get your own feeling about each one.

I love the Curve. My mom and dad and best friend have the Curve, and they've had it for a long time and they seem really really happy with it. ((I love my Samsung Rant even more! lol))
