Are there any other similar Iphone/Itouch/Ipad Apps as Tanso D/L?

Tanso Download Plus is an app that allows you to download a video off a website on the ipad. The downloaded form is FLV format and it downloads extremely quickly. a 100mb video only takes around 2 minutes. You wouldn't have to watch a video and wait for buffering all the time. But they only have the app made for itouch/iphone. Are there any similar apps as this for the iPad?
