Downloading for free is illegal in some countries and not in others so keep that in mind as you don't state where you live. Anyway most songs don't download in mp4s that is an apple format, you can download in Mp3 and then convert it to mp4 and move it into your mobile if you want to. Lots of music programs have the ability to convert files.
