How to make a PSP magic memory stick?

Do I need a 1.50 ofw or cfw PSP to make a magic memory stick?\?

    $32 is way to expensive. it shouldnt cost more then a normal battery. no you dont need a cfw psp to make either the battery or memory stick any more http://www.zshare.net/download/5554099c2452a4/ i put that packet together to show you how to make the battery and install custom firmware. open it with winrar and simply follow the pictures and guides. contact my fans to see if it is legit.
