What Ainol Novo 7 tablet should I go for? how does the android market work? should I go for android 4.0?

Hi, I've been looking at Ainol Novo 7 tablets, and am considering going for the Ainol Novo 7 Aurora tablet. However, I realise that this doesn't come with the Android Market, does this mean that I cannot download apps? Will the market become available in the future even if I buy now? Also would it be a better option to buy a Novo with an older version of Android on it in order to run Android market? And if I did would I then be able to upgrade to Android 4.0 when the market is available? Thanks very much, and sorry for all the questions!
