yes. through the use of a game... i know u can with lumines. try looking at psp sites there are a bunch of forums that can help.

wats good wats da difference between these 3.51 3.50? no, you cannot use the lumines downgrader on 3.51, its 3.50 ONLY! yes you can downgrade in other ways. #1. buy a mod chip and install it. it runs about $90 though #2. buy a new motherboard and install it. it runs about $90 though. FIONAS site is a scam. They are selling the downgrading guide by noobz who released it for free.
