How To Pay My Metro Pcs With Paypal?

IF I GO TO METRO PCS AND ASK FOR MY ANDROID TO BE UPGRADE IT TO THE LATEST VERSION,WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT? ?

I have a huawei ascend m860 and i upgraded its version on my own from the app store on my metro phone so from 2.1 to 2.2 froyo it made my phone a lil slow but ive been searching for 2.3.4 gingerbread version for my phone and it says i need to root my phone or something and it can mess up my phone so can i get metro pcs to upgrade my 2.2 version to 2.3 ifits official, and if its free to upgrade it or do i have to lay for the upgrade on my phone if i go to a metro pcs store.

no, they won't, because there isn't any official release the huawei ascend m860 is supposed to run 2.1, anything past that, you have to root the phone and install a ROM. any newer android OS will likely run even worse, this phone only has a 528mhz processor, and 256mb of ram.
