BlackBerry vs iPhone?

  • Hey, Yahoo Answers community! So in the near future i will have the opportunity to upgrade to a new cell phone from my carrier (Rogers). My main decision is between the iPhone and the BlackBerry (especially because by the time i am eligible, i think one if not both will have come out with a new and improved model to those out now) I enjoy the features of the blackberry, especially the clean simplicity of BBM. The iPhone, on the other hand, is open to a world of possibilities with it's vast variety of applications. However, many of which apps can be downloaded to the iPod Touch, which i have, and even for free when jailbroken. There are many pros and cons that when weighed out by me, i still can't seem to find the right choice. Any advice? Please give a reason for your argument. Also, if there is a phone from Rogers you think would be better than these two, feel free to mention it, but it will take a very compelling argument to take my focus off the blackberry and iPhone.
